The team has plans to support and conduct various projects during our time in Tanzania. This entry gives a brief overview of some of the projects the team will be busy doing.
Zanzibar Children
While on the island of Zanzibar, we will meet many of the children that the genorous donations from the members of Crossroads will help to support. The team will hold a Vacation Bible School during our time there.
Medical Clinic
The team, which includes several nurses and others with medical experience, will also be hosting a medical clinic on the island of Zanzibar at a local hospital.
Computer Lab
The team has also configured a batch of computers to use in the installation of a local computer lab that will be used for education and training, as well as a source of income for local service efforts (by use of an internet cafe).
Feeding Center Construction
Also on the island of Zanzibar, the team will be assisting in the laying of a foundation for a new feeding center for the local children.
