Hujambo! (Swahili for Hello!) Preparations are underway for our August 2008 short-term trip. We'll take a full medical team to begin clinic in the community of Kivunge, Zanzibar and follow-up with our orphans and the projects we worked on this year. If you would like additional info about our ministry to Tanzania, please let me know. I can be reached at kanovak1@msn.com. --Hakuna Matata, Kathy

Hi Larry, We will be praying for you as well as the team. I am sure that God will bless you all and watch over you . Keep in touch. Love from all. Brother Lee and Family
So happy you are all there safe and sound!! Sounds like team spirit abounds. How great it is that you all have each other.
Mimi, everything is status quo here...me and my wild Saturday nights and Alfie tearing up the place.
I had lunch with Joe and we are both pretty amazed at how brave you are and how well you seem to know your path in life. Grandma, uncle Tommy, aunt jane and auntie Mary all said to tell you they are thinking of you. Daniel is back in Iraq, and Pat is back in Alabama. Keep doing great stuff!!!
Bye to all.
Love,
Mama
Praise God! Our prayers are with you all. Remember when I told you Larry to be ready for God to use you when you said you were READY? Never thought you would be going to Africa, did you? But there you are. Be a blessing to those little children.
Love you,
Pati :-)
Doug: Glad to hear you made it safely. We will be praying for the success of the medical segment of the trip, as well as the other endeavors of the group. Remember the passage in Phil 4:6,7 to "be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God, and the peace of God which passes all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds through Jesus Christ". God bless you, and all the group members, as you go about your work.
